Sometimes going online and looking at a few sites of a similar business or service can help. If you see something that you like (or don't like), write down the URL (web address) of those sites. Jot down ideas that you may have as you browse the internet.

To help you get started here are a few questions to ask yourself~

> What is the primary message that I want to deliver?
> What other messages do I want delivered to my audience via my site?
> Who is my audience?
> What do I want my audience to believe about my business, service or product?
> What form of communication do I want to have between myself and my audience via my web site? (email, a form, a database to store their preferences, etc.)
> Can you visualize your site's layout? Simply draw out all ideas that come to mind.
> What colors scheme do you now incorporate into your printed business materials?
> Are you wanting to stay with what you have or create a new "image"?
> Of course any site that we do for you will have a Professional quality. But, do you see your site as fun, conservative, serious, hip and groovy, etc?

Thinking these questions through may give you ideas and trigger new and exciting changes for your business image!
